Refund Policy

The method either moves your voice or it does not. The refund terms below are built around that.

Digital products

The Three-Layer Reset and The Strain Stop Protocol come with a 14-day refund. If you work the exercises and your breath, larynx, and pitch feel exactly the same as before, email admin@rockstarvocalsecrets.com within 14 days of purchase and tell me what you did. You get a full refund. No survey. No pitch to stay.

Diagnostic Session

The $150 Diagnostic Session is a live, one-on-one service. If you are not satisfied with the session, contact us within 7 days of the session and we will review it. Because it is live time delivered, refunds are at our discretion and are handled case by case in good faith. Sessions you book and miss without notice are not refundable.

Ongoing Coaching

Ongoing Coaching is billed monthly. You can cancel anytime, and cancellation stops all future billing. We do not refund a month already in progress, but you keep access for the rest of that paid month.

3-Month Package

The 3-Month Package is a committed program. If you cancel within the first 7 days and before your first session, you get a full refund. After your first session, refunds are prorated against sessions already delivered, at our discretion.

How to request a refund

Email admin@rockstarvocalsecrets.com from the same email you bought with so we can find your order quickly. Tell us which product and what happened. We respond within a few business days.
