These Terms govern your purchase and use of products and services from Vocal Infusion at rockstarvocalsecrets.com. By buying or using anything here, you agree to these Terms.
1. What you are buying
Vocal Infusion sells educational products and live coaching about voice mechanics. Digital products, such as The Three-Layer Reset and The Strain Stop Protocol, are delivered as files you download. Live products, such as the Diagnostic Session, Ongoing Coaching, and the 3-Month Package, are scheduled and delivered live.
2. License
When you buy a digital product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own learning. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or republish the files or their contents.
3. Live sessions and coaching
Live sessions require you to book a time using the scheduling link provided after purchase. If you need to reschedule, give reasonable notice. Ongoing Coaching is billed monthly and continues until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and cancellation stops future billing.
4. Not medical advice
Vocal Infusion teaches voice mechanics. It is not medical care. If you have or suspect a medical vocal condition, such as nodules, polyps, or paralysis, see a qualified ENT before starting any vocal training. You use these products and services at your own discretion.
5. Results
The examples and outcomes described reflect real experience, but your results depend on your effort and your starting point. We do not guarantee a specific outcome.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to ours. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
8. Intellectual property
All content, frameworks, exercises, and materials are the property of Vocal Infusion. The Vocal Infusion Framework and its three-layer method may not be copied or taught as your own.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vocal Infusion is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
